Here are a couple of pics of the MP splitter on an M550i. So the M550i is 10mm lower than other G30s and then this reduces the clearance further. Compared to some cars like the F-Type it is still a fair bit of clearance but you do need to be careful particularly with parking curbs. I tend to go slow over speed bumps anyways and it isn't close to being a problem at all.
