My best guess so far is that the traction control is working to sensitive and cuts of more power than it has to do from 0-30mph. My guess is that this has been changed in the LCI that makes it more sensitive than the pre LCI or the M850i.

I have not dynoed the car yet, there is a nice shop near me, i will take it to them for a dyno after the dealership replaces my Headunit. Im very curious my self. Probably within a month i will have that info, i'll post it here once i get it done.
