I've really started to see some disturbing similarities between how media interacts with me and the way it did in that movie, lately. The way that social medial and youtube feeds are starting to do ads, and other content that you didn't ask to see, the way that it gets populated on the screen, and the way the bajillion ads populate on even legit webpages like weather.com is really starting to give me this vibe!
