E-class was facelifted in 2013.
Mercedes has new a design language set by the S-class in 2013. Previous E class was horrible looking (facelift was ok from the outside) and so was C class. But since the new S-class, they have looked good.
Here are some pictures of my 2015 C-class. Do you find it ugly? If you do, then you will find the new E-class ugly too, especially from the outside.

I had to choose between 3 or 4 series and the new C-class. 3-series was so cheap looking from the inside, i could not stand it, so i got the new c. It's a great car.
