I understand that, but his reviews are always in the same exact setting. He never takes the cars to any other locations. I'm sure during the summer months you get sun, maybe he only likes doing reviews during the rainy months? Lol

I doubt he plans to do all reviews when it's overcast, although having said that it might make filming easier??
The reason they all look the same is that they are all filmed at Millbrook as someone else has mentioned.
Milbrook proving ground is a test centre here in the UK, it's used for manufacturers to test their cars, but also has a closed 'hill route' which looks like British roads. People like Carwow use it, as do top gear, and I'm pretty sure the scene where JB totals that beautiful DBS in Casino Royale was filmed there too.
The point is that the location offers consistency without needing to close roads, or get permissions etc which you'd need to on other public roads, and also you can return to the same filming positions etc etc.
