Maybe you guys are right, I just expected that with that many extra horses it would translate in to a much much quicker car. There are other guys in the UK with similar cars to me going even quicker!

E92 M3's were slower than my car to the 1/4 mile marker, but mainly due to traction issues, their terminal velocities were around the 120mph mark, so I suppose I thought that this car would have my traction but their power and even more torque, so comfortably go below 12s.

Though I accept an E92 M3 is much lighter than a 5 series!
