Just wanted to chime with a fact about this system that I haven't really seen mentioned. BMW Connected limits the number of times you can refresh the Remote 3D view image to protect the cars battery.
You can only refresh the image 3 times every 2 hours. It isn't a live view that's constantly updating. Still useful, but don't get too excited about the idea of monitoring your car 24/7.
