At beach and current is deemed too strong by some public official. Signs are posted and red flag is flying "no swimming". Ok got it. My kids are sitting in ankle to knee deep water on the beach just like others. Life guard gets up on the guard stand with a bull horn and announces to all "no swimming blah blah blah or you will be fined" I'm like wah? Pussification of American right here. If I want to swim and possibly have me or my kids drown, that's on me. I almost wanted to dive in just to see how much this fine is but water is 70degrees. Then my wife hears me blabbing on about freedom and says we should listen and teach the kids to listen. I asked if she left her sickle and hammer in the car .
