You can use Bimmercode or ProTool (which is easier because they built a simple mode menu for it).

No codes thrown with this mod.

I used Protool, it was as simple as picking colors from a menu for the assigned menu location. For example, 1 and two are bronze/bronze and bronze/white. Since I hated bronze in general, I overwrote those with purple/pink and green/yellow.

I drive will still reference bronze on the first two entries but will light up the way I edited them.

There are no "codes" you just go in and it will overwrite the 'Default" or first color in your LED menu. You can set it up anyway you want. You can have Purple up top, Red on bottom, or any variation of colors you want to create.
It's hard to describe unless you get in there and fiddle around with it.

So Bronze default becomes your custom color combo upper/lower and the rest of standard colors remain unchanged? I’m up for trying that if so. I have BimmerCode and BimmerUtility but I’m a total novice at using the expert modes.

Correct, you overwrite the default Bronze to whatever you want.
They give you extra colors to pick from too.
All the others stay the same.
No expert mode required. Just simple stuff.

I normally keep it white so it’s kind of unnoticeable. But I might need to code in a red/blue combo for Ole Miss game days
