Exclamation Mirrors fold and Windows roll up when stopped

A weird thing started happening with my 2017 540i G30. While cruising with the windows down and the sunroof open, I pulled up to a stop and my windows rolled up, my sunroof closed, and my mirrors folded in, as if I was parking the car. When I started driving, the mirrors opened up automatically at 25mph, but as soon as I came to a stop, the mirrors folded in again. This would happen every time I stopped the car. The windows would roll up as well. I tried parking the car and going for a drive again and it started happening again. This had happened once before, but resolved itself after parking the car so I didn't really think anything of it.

Any suggestions as to what is going on? I've tried locking and unlocking the car with the key fob while its running, but it didn't change anything. When I push on the mirror folding button to open them up after they were automatically closed, they don't close again when stopped, but the windows will still roll up and the sunroof will close.

This souns like exactly what happens if you press and hold the lock button on your car. Try carrying your spare instead to test.

On your manual it's "With Comfort Access: convenient closing"

Just wanted to post a follow up for future reference.

I unplugged the main battery when I got home. Before going to work I connected the battery and drove to work like normal. The issue hasn't come back, but it is the first day and I will continue to keep an eye on things, but so far so good.

It sounds like the auxiliary battery is past its best.
