FS: OEM Space Saver Spare Tire G30

Looking to sell the OEM spare tire set for G30. Asking for $800 USD
Set includes Genuine BMW 4X18 ET:1 light alloy emergency rim, Space Saver Tire (T135/80R18), valve, valve cap, rubber valve, storage trough, storage compartment, cup, crank, jack, chock.
Tire is never been used. Bought it for my 540i in 2022 from BMW Toronto. End up never using it.

The tire works for G chassis 5, 7 and 8 series along with X3 and X4, although not sure about the compartment.
Below are a few pics. Prefer local pick up in and around Toronto & GTA or buyer pays for shipping.
