Refill coolant again and again

I Just took the car after replacing water pump 1 month ago and now again the same damn ptoblem keeps happening

Radiator is replaced
Most of the tubes are replaced
Water pump is replaced

Total of repair stay : almost 2 months

Now I’m not planning to take the car again to them. I just want to add coolant fluid and live with this problem with coolant fluid in the trunk

What type of coolant fluid I should add ?
