Please let me know if you can, where you purchased wheels. From what I see, the fronts are 8.5 and not sure if a 275 will fit.

Do you think the tire size will work with a 540I? I dont want to lower it. Also it will be msport suspension. If I am not mistaken, the ride height is the same. I want to do the 29535/20 for the rear.

Your car looks great. I tried to find the wheels that you are using and as far as I can find, they are 20x8.5 and 20x10. I used the 86281 and 86285 numbers to search. Can you steer me towards the 20x9 and 20x10.5 wheels? Thank you.

I can't wait to get these new wheels put on my car. I am not a fan of the stock wheels the M550i's come with.. they are such a pain to clean! Thank you in advance, your M550i looks amazing! -JP |

I want to go with the same sizes on my M550 but I’m wondering how they will hold up here in NY with all of our wonderful potholes...

TexasM550, do you have the dynamic handling package? If not, does anyone know if having that option limits max wheel and tire size?
I have an '18 M550 and am looking at a set of 20 x 9 and 20 x 10.5 with Front 275/35R20 Rear 305/30R20 |

Apologies for digging up an old thread but it has some extremely useful information in here.
I own a 2017 520d G31 (Touring) and I have the chance to buy some M5 706m alloy wheels and tyres. Will 275/35/20 front and 285/35/20 rear wheels fit? Alloys are 9.5J ET28 & 10.5J ET28. Judging from your previous comments, they should fit? I just wonder if the suspension is at all different. |

I'm in the same dilemma. I've got a set of 20x9 er25 and 20x10.5 et38 coming in and trying to decide on tire sizes.
either 245/35 and 285/30 or 255/35 and 295/30 I don't want stretch or donut look. The wider set seems to be flush sidewall which fit well but I don't think looks the best. The skinnier set seems to curve in a little at the sidewall with minimal stretch if any, but looks better. I can't seem to find many consistent pictures of the 245 and 285 tires. Some will show they are too stretched and some show little to none. I think it based on tire manufacturer a bit.

I went with this set up and I get sporadic rubbing in the back if I go over any dips at speed. not recommended. 295 probably would have been perfect. pirelli p zero tires. I also this the front tires are too tall. a /30 would have been perfect.

Any one running or have run 255/35/30 and 285/30/20 on 20X9.5 front and 20x10.5 rear? Trying to help a co-worker out with his wheel set up. He had 265/35/20 and 285/30/20 PS4's on the car and got a terrible vibration we think it's the front tires any help would be appreciated
