RC parking - release P button, does engine cut off?

Just curious - once the engine has been started for the RC parking manoeuvre, can you release the P button and the engine continue running? Or does the engine cut off?

Thanks.

So it can't be used for a remote start type function (i.e. start it and leave it to run). Was just curious.
