After 7 years, I think I finally found the rattle. It seems loke it’s coming from rear plastic door trim on the floor. When i press the trim, I get a similar sound. I am going to put some foam under trim to make it tighter and see if this solves the problem.

I really want to remove trim completely and see what’s going on, I don’t know how to remove that trim.
