Weird noise when turning car off

Hi everyone ,

Recently while driving I started hearing a noise so I poped the engine bay I hear it barley but when I turn the engine off you can hear it clearly please see the video and let me know if I am over thinking here

Talking about the humming sound?
Sounds normal to me. Lots of electronics and actuators in the engine bay.
It's probably the motor that operates the butterfly valve on the intake throttle body.
