Hi, my car is currently at the dealers having work done and I have been keeping an eye on its status via the MyBMW App. Just check by selecting the location map and the icon to locate vehicle isn’t on the map screen!
When I select the map view on the App I normally see 3 icons top right, one is for map settings one for my location and I little car icon for the cars location, this one is not there now just the other two. Anyone had this? A bit worrying that my car location has disappeared, maybe the dealer has unplugged it!

My gosh, what if they're updating the software and that feature isn't currently available. What if the diagnostics requires that feature to be turned off?

What if the signal can't get through the walls and ceiling at the dealerships garage?

I'd be more worried about them washing my car.

The dealer usually kills this, especially if you have 360 cameras. They don't want you watching them. I am pretty sure by privacy law they have the right to do this.

In addition to it being plastered all over my account and work order, I also hang a sign from the mirror.
