Help With Fan Blower

Hi guys, I just purchased a 2019 G30 5 series, after the inspection the AC was not working. I plug in the computer said the Fan Blower are not response. But the compressor are still working. Has anyone meet this situation before? Much thanks.

I think the issue is pretty clear, no? You'll need to replace the blower. It's behind the glovebox if I'm not mistaken. Not sure how many parts you have to disassemble to get to it, but it's relatively straightforward.
