As good as the G30 may be, the 5er will likely be xDrive only which is such a disappointment unless there's a 528i but wouldn't be surprise if BMW decides to go an all xDrive lineup on the 5er for Canada.

Edit: Well forget what I just posted. it's all xDrive for the LCI F10 in Canada. The 528i was the only RWD model available pre-LCI but looks like it's all xDrive going forward for the 5er in Canada. Shame.

jesus christ people are so fucking dense. Isn't the F10 lighter than the E60? And isn't the G90 even lighter than the F10?

The F30 is lighter than the E90, but I don't think that was the case for the F10 and E60. Curb weight for the E60 550i is 3,946lbs and the F10 550i is 4,343lbs.

The 550i is suppose to be a comfortable cruiser. It's not suppose to be loud and out. Not every BMW is made for little boys who giggle when their BMW sounds like a ricer or racecar.

Screams of Pain

Seen the car in real life and it will be a great one.

I am a bit concerned about the extreme tire screeching noises. Also; is me or does it seem a bit understeery?

A flick of a switch is all that separate both characters. Maserati does this well and it is not augmented.

Yes, some people on here really is dense, claiming the F10 is lighter than the E60 for instance...

The F10 is quite a bit heavier than the E60, as pointed out previously. In fact with the F10, BMW took a step back compared to the E60 as regards lightweight construction... The E60 had a aluminium chassis front end (from the bulkhead and forward) whereas the F10 is back to an all steel chassis...
