Amazing how quick these went up. From the time the fire started to the time the Fire Department was putting water onto the fire was less than 15 minutes (not sure how long it took for someone to call the FD, there were several employees on their cell phones within moments of it starting).

If you're ever "urban camping" an RV and one catches on fire on the row you're in, drop everything and get it out of there (and if you can't do that make sure to get your family safe). The fire jumped from motorhome to motorhome pretty quick (granted they were parked a lot closer than what would be at any campsite, but still...).


Edit: one thing I will note, almost everyone there was concerned about the fire getting to the fuel tanks (3 diesels, 1 gas, plus each with a full propane tank) and the expected explosions. It became readily apparent that Hollywood has influenced our expectations as there were no such explosions, no parts raining down or people getting knocked off their feet.

Then again maybe it's because nobody runs "NOS" on an RV:
