For weighing only 163lbs (at 6'), those are pretty big numbers. You must have like 5% body fat and everything else is pure muscle.

Ehh idk about that. I struggle big time to but on weight. Need to start shoveling proper food down. My Dl has always been abnormal higher then my squat. Never new what could explain it. I swam for years when younger but nothing else abnormal.
