This happened to me too. They are just backed up. Double check to make sure your car is priority 1 status. Call your CA and have them out to the carrier.

My diff was fixed about 2 weeks ago in NJ, it is now in Baltimore and has had 2 more work orders opened on the car and no one will tell me what is going on. No eta or even an estimated delivery date. I second the CF and ridiculousness of this. So frustrated, disappointed...

Call customer relations and demand they escalate your case to a manager. Also, ask them what the WO is in regards to.

Go to post 23 of this thread and try calling Jess. Standard Customer Relations people don't respond in my experience. Skip the line.

I went to Jess. I made the original post on pg 23. I had just been holding off on escalating because they had been taking care of me... Now the wheels have fallen of so to speak, so up the chain I go.

I'm surprised. Jess has been great with me. Very good communication and on top of things.
