Haven't got but assume it is on all the time.
The adaptive button is the driver profile so you select that in preference to comfort, ecopro sport or sport plus(or even ecopro individual or sport individual which are your customised versions of those modes)
Adaptive will tune the car based upon how you are driving , it also uses Satnav data as well so it knows there is a corner coming up as one example.
