Nice build! I have the mocha/fineline matte interior as well. Awesome combo IMO. Don't worry too much about the park assist plus coming off the premium package. They also dropped the price of the premium package by exactly the price of park assist plus, so it's all a wash.
I am PW45 and also hoping for a Christmas present.
