I have to call you out here. So Kewpie is thick and creamy mayo?.....as opposed to....the non thick and creamy mayo??? I've been a fan of eating for 40+ years and have yet to taste anything of a "neutered" flavor. Lemon is needed for additional acidity of a pickle??? You do know how pickles are made right? Additional acidity???? Crunch crunch crunch my mind will be eased as it senses what? Gut rot?
Dude you are either really full of shit or the worst troll I have ever encountered.

Gut rot? How tf does ur organ go bad? Wtfck ur the troll. U dont know anything about American Fine Dining? Elegance and style is the name of the game without it your not gonna eat anything of fame. I added high end ingredients as well as a garnish and banana bread to paint the mouth with a sweet and tangy flavor or a minty one so that the mayo pickle will add explosivness. This DISH is a example of a e90 i would say. Versitile and elegant. It can do anything from a good comfortable commuter, track car, road trip car, autoX, carry bikes surfboards, and take freinds to airport! This dish is like that you see this can be eaten any time of day and u can enjoy the different sequences i have provided to enjoy such dish.
