This is car specific and radar specific. If you have certain driver's assistance packages, your mirror housing will be different than someone who doesn't. So go through the online selection guide, and it'll present you with a few options. Choose at the end the mirror housing you have, and order that particular model.
Unless you have another way of tapping in (directly to fuse), get the power tap cables (I opted for the slightly longer cable). There are a few videos on YouTube on how to remove the mirror housing and tapping into the mirror.
