I'm expecting delivery of a (used) G31 in the next 2 weeks to replace my F31 320d. Besides not having a sports automatic gearbox and panoramic sunroof it's also missing SLI (no Driving Assist Pack, only Park Assist Plus).
Even though it's not perfect I have gotten used to it so much in the last 5 years I've been looking into what's needed to activate it on the G31. The car has Kafas4 so I'm looking for help with the FSC code needed and the exact settings to code (although I believe there's a list in this topic that should suffice for settings). I have never attempted to code before so I'm trying to gather as much info as possible before taking the plunge.
I got quoted €200 by someone not far from me who is willing to do it but I'm worried (like Laurentvh) a dealer software update will wipe the coded settings and I'll have to redo it. So I'm considering coding it myself once I know where to get the FSC (and which steps to follow).
Is there anyone willing to help me?
