In my LCI, the coding parameters where slightly different from the one posted here. I compared the default values between FA 248 and FA without 248 and these are the final changes for heated steering wheel in my LCI:

CTRL_HOD_CODG_STWH_LIN: nicht verbaut -> verbaut
LHZ_CCM_IKF: nicht aktiv -> aktiv
LIN_VARIANTE_LRE: lre_tlc -> lre_tlc_lhz_taster
LRE_LHZ_VERBAUT: nicht aktiv -> aktiv
HU_MGU:
SVS_CONTROL_LENKRADHEIZUNG: nicht_aktiv -> aktiv
AKT_AUTO_LENKRADHEIZUNG: nicht aktiv -> aktiv
