Only thing I've seen is someone swapping the speakers out with non-oem B&W design grills/lighting from places like aliexpress. Like Joe said, don't think anyone has done a full HK to BW swap with all the necessary electronics modules. My HK system has the center on the dash, this is probably my biggest regret is not getting the B&W. At the time I just hated the shiny aluminum grills for my mocha interior. Now I'm thinking that it would have been easier to find HK grills to replace the shiny material.
