My advice is it's not worth it unless your driving on lots of country secondary roads I wouldn't bother.
Issue with the adaptive lights is if there is a motorway with a median centre it won't see trucks and cars coming and stays on full beam.
Then your getting flashed by trucks especially as they sit high: I always have it off on motorways except for on secondary normal roads (white line between each lane)so don't use it that much.
It doesn't activate at low town speeds so I find for 90% of my driving here in Ireland it's off or not active due low speeds.
