At beach and current is deemed too strong by some public official. Signs are posted and red flag is flying "no swimming". Ok got it. My kids are sitting in ankle to knee deep water on the beach just like others. I get where you're coming from but the litigious nature of society that has people suing when they do ignore rules and get hurt (and juries awarding them $$$$$$$$$$ instead of carving "stupid" in their foreheads). Not to mention putting first responders at risk when things go wrong.
