The one consistent symptom that I have had - hesitation/sputtering when accelerating between 2k - 4k RPM - matches what Google tells me for the High Pressure fuel pump. Were you having the same symptoms as me for your LPFP:
- hesitation between 2k-4k RPM
- MIL for 2nd O2 Sensor

I'll found out Thursday or Friday from the dealership what their diagnosis is, and if anyone's interested, I'll update here with the findings and cost.
The hesitation, sputtering is very near to what I had and ultimately I had fuel pressure codes that put the car into drivetrain wtf mode. I also had none of the other issues at all, just the sputtering. Correct me if I am wrong, the high pressure pumps are effectively mechanical driven off the cams in these cars. The cost to get me to this point was crazy, and if I am correct about the high pressure pumps being mechanical, then all signs point to the LPFP under the rear seat. Good luck, I hope you have a quicker resolution than I did.
