2019-2022 540i Xdrive reliability

Hi all, I am new here and to the Bimmer world. I currently have a Ram 1500 Limited that I bought in March. i have been thinking about selling it and getting a 540i X drive. I know the B58 motor and ZF trans is very reliable, but my question is for the folks that have 60k+ miles on there's, hows the rest of the car been (electronics, cooling system, oil leaks, etc). I have been hearing the electronics are a hit/miss on german cars in general.

I just don't want to get something where once the warranty is out, I start getting random electrical issues (my current Ram) and major mechanical issues. I am not expecting Toyota reliability, but I want something I can drive peacefully and do maintenance on it for 100k-ish miles or 7-8 years. I have a Jaguar that I abused and daily drove (but kept well maintained) since 2016, the only things done on it were a water pump and the infamous timing chain issue. I do all the maintenance myself, besides extensive stuff that involves things like taking out the intake or maybe even valve cover.

You guys think it's a good idea to switch from my Ram to a 540? Or would I be better off driving the Ram for another while?
