If I can get the performance and driver assistance tech out of an M340/350 and the V8 is gone, I would likely elect to take the 3 over the 5 if it got me lower to the ground and more similar size to the G30. Frankly, I would be just as likely to go with an X3 M50 if I decided being off the ground a bit was okay.
The trunk of the G60 seemed smaller but I did t analyze them side by side. No clue what the numbers are.
