I can’t remember if you have already done the Euro LCI tails.
If you have the wires needed, they will be black and yellow (left) and black and white (right). They are on the inner tail connector. They will on pin 5 for pre LCI lights and moved to pin 1 on LCI.
I’d bet the house you have the wire.
I’d probably use them more if this car was my daily. I never drive it when the weather is bad or the winter. I knew I had the wire from the LCI install so it was one of those “why not” things in terms of getting the switch and coding it.
