Depends on the blower and if you get the water out of the crevices with it. You can absolutely dry a car with a blower in WAY less time than you can with a towel. Could you have to catch a few drips after you move it? Maybe. But you'd have tondo that with a towel too. I'd much rather blow it dry and catch a couple drops that have to risk swirling the paint with a towel.
