The reason I ask is because I'd really like to get 3" catless downpipes with high flow secondaries and 3" pipes the rest of the way through with high flow mufflers (people do generally keep mufflers on, right?) - but I've kinda lost hope figuring this would void the warranty not only on my exhaust but on the turbos and possibly the engine.
I have a JB+ at 100% and love it - but a JB3 and DCT is in the mail and should be here tomorrow.. I'm sure I'm going to want to open up the exhaust next..... What's everybody else in this situation doing?

Major service for repairs will be a problem like turbos, drivetrain etc, but for regular maintenance oil change, sparks brakes, it would not IMO...
