i think hes saying that if an individual had legally been carrying a firearm, this could have ended MUCH sooner and with less bloodshed
this is EXACTLY the kind of situation where legally concealed weapons can make a difference. By no means am I a NRA member, but I can see both sides of the argument on gun control
