The rev counter will increase rev by itself that I have to shut the engine down. Waited awhile and restart and everything back to normal.

Oof... Can only say you should NOT rev the engine to 7k when it's cold..
It's not good to do that even when it's warm (when standing still)
Have not experienced it because you shouldn't do that...
