But no.

I have given up asking the geniuses what's going on.

Just for kicks I called three times today and got three completely different answers as to where the car was, where it was going and when.

So... Who the hell knows, maybe I'll get her this week, maybe not.

Just an hour ago I was told it's already left NJ Port (not scheduled till tomorrow-- then to dealer)
So it's "left" there on the way to the Baltimore VPC for some work, or something or another.

But yet at 10am I was told it's been done everything since Wednesday.. Released to trucking company, for delivery to the dealer.

What am I missing... How difficult can this be?
Ask your CA for a screenshot of the status info. It should give you the exact status code & description of where the car is.

It seems like BMW told the Genius reps to cool it with the info recently, perhaps because CA's would rather control the flow of info.
