As of yesterday though its still not production code 150. The guy from BMW genius explicitly said it'll start production next week (the week of July 11th). Are they just trying to be conservative by padding the estimates? |
from my recent experience, the build week is the week it will finish production.
i'll tell you this now to save you some heartache. Take everything genius says with a grain of salt, they are nice people, but they are simply reading off a screen and are generally behind.
from start of production, up until it finishes, is pretty quick. i'd say 7-9 days and the car will be done. I'm very curious as to if your car will begin production tomorrow....
