My M4 shows the exact same status as your car but it has been complete since July 4th. Sadly it has been hit with the diff stop delivery so the system won't update any further.

Called them and yes, seems like it's moved. He said Week 37 (Sep 4-10 production completion) And dealer initially said 3rd week of September. And he also said car already in Production. So, maybe I will get it beginning of November, not end of November as planned
