just had conversation with BMW UK and yes mine the same which is at sea right now but as your order form says it has the spoiler then legally you are entitled to have this if you want it. Obviously you are sorted with the other one but it looks like they are going to have to fit one for me when the car arrives at the dealer. My point was i don't want my M Sport plus package to be less spec'd than the next guy as this will devalue the car in the future when it comes to selling or part exchanging back into BMW?
