The car runs just perfect and I was only thinking of changing the spark plugs as the APP started alerting me for upcoming service. FCP euro tells me that they dont have any replacement or alternate for the OEM plugs for the M550 and I am going to have to get it from BMW if i need the OEM BOSCH. I believe they are 325$.

You don't need to replace the coils, but they aren't that much and are a failure item long term. If I'm in there, I'm replacing them.
Get the NGK Iridium plugs I mentioned above. 1/2 the price of the $325 you quoted for Bosch and I like NGK Iridium plugs better. I have used them for decades in street, track, and race vehicles.
