I have tested the real one for F90 M5 to G30, the exhaust tip doesn't line up since the F90 M5 is more toward the center.
Also you will need to cut or get the F90 M5 Trunk Kick sensors bracket.

That's interesting. I am about to do a custom exhaust on a 530e by doing a muffler delete and adding quad exhaust tips. I already have an M5 style diffuser from ebay, but I originally wanted to get the OEM version.
I don't have trunk kick sensors on my car, so would the OEM F90 M5 diffuser fit perfectly? Do I have to make any other modifications other than the ones that you mentioned, or is it pretty much "plug&play" if I'm doing custom exhaust + no trunk kick sensor?
