The current setup is really good but I would like the option of a larger battery or adding a second one for more range if desired. BMW did a great job designing a phev that looks and drives like a BMW should. They did not compromise on that and that's why I have a 530e. Unfortunately, they only offer it with a specific size battery, electric motor, engine and very limited software settings to setup the car the way you would like it to perform. There should be at least one custom mode that you could program for your daily commute for example without having to change settings every time you start the car.
