Hi on my old f31 I was able to do what u want on TRSVC module :
Activate Side Cameras at ANY Speed:
3000 🡪 SV_Activate_Speed_Limit 🡪 werte = FF
3000 🡪 SV_Deactivate_Speed_Limit 🡪 werte = FF
