If you have the Harmon Kardon system, in Bimmercode you can enable the B&W surround options. I'm not aware of any more options to fine-tune the equalizer but would be very interested if anybody else is aware of anything like that.
This is a handy Bimmercode reference, but you will need to connect to see what control units you have so you can tell which coding options are available to you.
