We're you able to pull the speaker grill out from the front of the door.
I took a pic of my door panel off,
The red arrow is where my speaker cover is.
I see 2 silver screws which I circled in red.
And I circled in blue another 4 pieces, not sure what they are? Do they unscrew? Do I need to open that up to take the speaker cover out?
