I see 2 silver screws which I circled in red.
And I circled in blue another 4 pieces, not sure what they are? Do they unscrew? Do I need to open that up to take the speaker cover out?

unscrew and push out slowly out
you can easily see which one is which just by putting grille above the doors and comparing those holes placement with screws in your doors
p.s. those black ones are some sort of clips
